RAIL BUDGET 2009-10

HI, EVERY BODY RAIL BUDGET JINN FOR 2009-10 HAS BEEN out.Not only Rail budget but Aam Budget Pitara has also been opened.But what is there for aam admi is known by aam admi only.Becoz after all they have voted the UPA back to the power.
As far as my view is concerned this budget is more rural centric. It's a 50-50 cheers and tears budget. Generally it is seen that One's Cheers is others Tear's.Now look at the facts of Budget.
costilier :--- mahangai maar gai (par kya karein)
Cosmetic surgery will be costilier .which is generally used by our higher class society.
Then is Gold which will be costiler now .This is really a matter of conecrn becaz it is used by both rural and urban people.
Although income tax limit has been increased but not helpful too much as it has been increased only by 10k only. So again FM has given some of hope but that too diminished. As far as overall budget is concerned it can be termed as Ut ke muh main jeera ka phoren . Although surcharge has been reduced and exempted but my dear that too not upto the mark.
Now we talk about the FBT ( Fringe Benefit Tax ) as it has been scraped.It's good both for the employee and the employers.
I have seen that in plans have been made in accordance with keeping view of the corporates . Although this doesn't give the little bit sigh for stock markets as it felt badly on the budget day. But they after the day it catch its speed. But that too not upto the levpel.
In the last but not the least SERVICE TAX has been levied on the doctors and lawyers. Its results are being seen on the court proceedings as it is well inetrrupted in some parts of the country .
